Baldwin his son and heir was aged 5 years on Midsummer day... granted them to Baldwin Frevill and Joan his wife and the heirs of their bodies, with remainder to Joyce, widow of Baldwin, father of Baldwin Frevill, and the right heirs of the younger Baldwin.
