Thomas Hatheway, Chief Forester for the Forest of Dene 1) Died 2 Jan 1375/76 1) Notes: Held the manor of Ruardean at his death. His father was probably William Hatheway, last of a long line of Williams, all of whom held the manor of Ruardene. The manor of Ruardean was brought into the family by the marriage of William Hatheway and Agnes de Aubemarle, son of Robert de Aubemarle and co-heiress of her brother, William de Aubemarle who died c1255. Ruardean also spelt: Ruardean Ruardin Ruardyn Ruwardin Rewardyn Rewardyne Reuarthyne Rowardin Married/ Related to: N.N. Children: 1. Isabel Hatheway 2) 3) 4)Born ± 1360 Ruardean, Gloucestershire, England Or maybe as early as 1360 depending which IPM is believed. 2) 1) Died 1430, approximately 70 years 3) Notes: Accused of "forcible entry of the manor of Langford at the head of a band of Welshmen", at some point following the death of her husband, Thomas Walweyn.
