 Rohese of Boulogne 1)Notes: Douglas Richardson (and subsequently Peter Dale) has made the case for Rohese being "de Boulogne", and a sister of Faramund of Boulogne - e.g. see his argument at: https://groups.google.com/g/soc.genealogy.medieval/c/VukVWBK0Dgg/m/_xnASgFfXm8J. Key points include: Godfrey de Lucy, son of Richard refers to Pharamus as his “uncle” in a charter Overlap between Lucy and Boulogne individuals witnessing charters suggesting some form of kinship Richard de Lucy was granted lands from the honour of Boulogne by King Stephen Peter Dale makes the argument, however, that there may be a Richard de Lucy, father of Richard de Lucy, to account for issues with the chronology. All round - while it seems likely that there is a Lucy / Boulogne connection - probably through this marriage, the evidence is too limited to try and plot that here.
