Her twin children also died shortly after her death of small pox. Married 27 Jan 1717 Grittleton, Wiltshire, England 5) (5 years married) to: Giles Pike 6) 7) 8) 3) Son of Giles Pike and Hester Turner. Born ± 1686 Tetbury, Gloucestershire, England 9) 10) 11) Baptised 7 Aug 1686 Tetbury, Gloucestershire, England 10) Died ± May 1766 Tetbury, Gloucestershire, England, approximately 80 years 9) Buried 9 May 1766 Tetbury, Gloucestershire, England 9) Occupation: 10 Apr 1759 Tetbury, Gloucestershire, England; Woolstapler 7) Notes: Giles re-married to Katharine Haynes, at Daglingworth in 1724, following his wife's death. They had two sons, Giles, who died within two years of his birth and John. His second wife Katharine died 3 weeks after John's baptism in 1731. Giles remarried at Nymphsfield to Anne Williams. Anne died in 1760. There are two Giles Pike alive in Tetbury in 1734 per the 1734 voter list. Associating events with the correct individuals is challenging. Giles (1), baptised 1686, is son of Giles Pike as evidenced by his baptism record and his father's will. Giles (2), baptised 1674, is son of John Pike as evidenced by John Pike's will dated 1727. Both 1 and 2 were woolcombers / woolstaplers. The 1735-37 Tetbury Religious Affiliation census has this Giles Pike living with Anne his wife and two lodgers. He was aged 52 and she was aged 40 in 1735. I.e. he was born circa 1683 to 1685. That means this Giles is the son of Giles, as opposed to the son of John. Giles son of Giles being baptised in 1686 and Giles son of John being born c1670. Children: 1.
